I was deciding between PG-13 and R, but there's nothing exactly explicit here, or more than I've seen in PG-13 movies before. But I'm happy to up the rating if you think I should.
Sorry the ending was confusing. What it means is that the Doctor said he was 1103, which led to River being all 'Yes! Sexytimes!', but actually he was lying as part of his plan to vanquish the Silence. (That plan isn't quite explained here, but implies that there's a Ganger dimension somehow.) So actually this was the first time River and the Doctor were together.
Does that make more sense? xD
